Within 30 days from the date of incorporation, each company must appoint at least ONE (1) Company Secretary.

The registration process is as follows:

We begin by conducting a name search with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) using your proposed company name(s) to confirm its availability.

The CCM typically responds within 2 hours with the results of the name search.

Once the name is approved, we submit the necessary incorporation forms electronically. Provided all the submitted information is in order, the Notice of Registration will be issued within 1 day.

Overall, the entire company incorporation process typically takes 3 working days.
